1. Services Provided

Velocity Trading Co. offers the following services:

  • Over-the-counter (OTC) cryptocurrency trading

  • Marketing and media services (online, TV, outdoor, etc.)

  • E-commerce facilitation and consulting

  • Asset management and digital advisory (where applicable)

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. OTC Crypto Trading

  • All crypto trades are final and non-reversible.

  • Clients must verify their identity (KYC) for large-volume transactions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or delay transactions if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or regulatory risk.

  • Rates quoted are valid at the time of communication only.

4. Marketing & Media Services

  • Project timelines and costs are defined in individual contracts or proposals.

  • All creative materials, campaigns, and placements require client approval before release.

  • We are not liable for third-party media platform policies or interruptions.

5. E-commerce Facilitation

  • We act as consultants or intermediaries and are not responsible for delays or failures by third-party platforms, payment providers, or logistics operators.

  • Clients remain responsible for compliance with applicable e-commerce laws in their operating region.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and materials on our site or shared with clients remain the intellectual property of Velocity Trading Co., unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected will be used only to provide services and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Velocity Trading Co. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Crypto trading involves risk, and we do not provide financial advice.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage a resolution through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of Cameroon and handled by competent courts in Douala.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
